Welcome to Mangudai. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website and automated attack surface assessment and security scanning services. By registering an account or initiating a demo scan, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to utilize our services strictly within legal and ethical boundaries. Activities that interfere with other users, cause service degradation, or abuse platform infrastructure are strictly prohibited.

2. Authorized Scanning Requirement (CRITICAL CLAUSE)

You may only submit scan requests for systems you own, operate, or have explicit written permission to test.

3. Limitation of Liability

Mangudai is an automated vulnerability scout. We are not responsible for any service downtime, latency, or data anomalies caused on the target infrastructure during scans. The service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.

4. Billing and Plan Terms

Scan limits and project capacities are allocated monthly based on your selected tier. Upgrades are required to exceed these limits. You may cancel your subscription at any time; no partial refunds will be provided for current billing cycles.

5. White-Label License Terms

Subscribers to the Khan (Agency) plan are granted a limited license to customize and rebrand PDF security reports generated by the platform with their own branding and company logo (white-label rights). This right does not extend to sublicensing the scanner or selling the software code. Users on other plans are strictly prohibited from removing or modifying Mangudai watermarks or brand markings.
